Over the past few years things have been on the up for this Justin Bard.  From graduating college (University of Kentucky) to working behind the bar (desha's) to managing behind the bar (The Signature Club) then back behind the bar (Bellini's) while trying to dabble/learn mortgages (MSI Lending) I am finally at a position you could call a career (WebMedley, formerly Lightworks New Media).

While trying to learn what I could about the Mortgage mess, pay bills, and enjoy some free time, I began searching for jobs through Careerbuilder, Monster, Lexington Jobs, and every other site/outlet on the market, I found myself walking into companies making myself visible to the actual employer.  For the past couple of years, I have been wearing many hats including a website designer, Internet marketing service consultant, web hosting accountant, website management tech, and social media web consultant.

In my personal life, things have never been better.  I have beautiful fiancee Natasha Glass who has been able to put up with me for almost 4 years and recently graduated from Eastern Kentucky University.  As her first career job, she has taken a position with Pine Branch Coal informing everyone about the necessity of coal energy.  I have recently become an uncle with the introduction of my niece Lila Delores and try to take as many mini vacations as possible.
